Referrals from GP's are not necessary for appointments. However, if you obtain a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you are eligible to receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session (for up to 10 sessions per year).

You may be eligible to claim through your Private Health Fund if you have the appropriate level of cover. Please contact your fund directly to find out more.
Payments are processed at the commencement of each appointment. You will be provided with an invoice to claim back your medicare rebate (if applicable).
We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. This fee also applies to no-shows.
Consultations are 50 minutes in duration. The remaining time is spent on reviewing notes and completing necessary administrative tasks.
This depends on your individual situation and will vary from client to client. We will discuss a treatment plan to ensure you have an idea of how many sessions you may require. Appointments fill up quickly so we recommend booking up to 6 sessions in advance. We can place you on a waiting list if required.
